From shaping the landscape by moving an impressive 230,000 cubic yards of earth to laying 18,000 linear feet of sanitary piping, 12,000 linear feet of storm pipe, and 8,000 linear feet of water main, we will create a solid foundation and provide essential utilities for future residents. Additionally, the development will feature 26,000 square yards of paving, ensuring smooth and accessible roadways, along with 18,000 feet of curb to enhance safety and aesthetics.
