We are thrilled to announce our latest endeavor, Brandywine Farms, in partnership with Traditions of America. This marks our first collaboration with Traditions of America, a renowned 55+ home-builder dedicated to enhancing the lives of mature home-buyers. With a proven track record of over 6,000 homes sold, Traditions of America's unwavering focus on the Live Better lifestyle aligns perfectly with our commitment to excellence.

Traditions of America has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of the 2022 National 55+ Builder of the Year, awarded by the esteemed National Association of Home Builders. Their dedication to crafting communities that offer exceptional home value, resort-style amenities, and prime locations has consistently impressed homeowners nationwide. In fact, this is the second time Traditions of America has been honored with this esteemed recognition, having also won the national 55+ Best Builder award in 2016.

Brandywine Farms, our latest project, embodies the shared values and commitment to quality that both Lyons & Hohl and Traditions of America hold dear. In the initial phase alone, we anticipate moving approximately 250,000 cubic yards of material, installing over 16,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe, 10,000 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, and 8,000 linear feet of water pipe. We will also be grading 115 lots, constructing over 13,000 linear feet of curb, and paving over 20,000 square yards of asphalt.
