In-house Professional Land Survey department with over 30 years of experience. Combining this experience and the use of up-to-date technology ensures our crews stay as productive as possible and remain on schedule.

Use up-to-date technology, including integrated GPS systems built into the equipment. 3D Models are completed in-house by our CAD Operator; these models are then sent to the operators in the equipment, resulting in the jobs being completed as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Earth Work
Being efficient at moving dirt requires excellent equipment and skilled operators; we have the best of each. We take pride in our late-model equipment and our long-term employees, which lead to the project being completed on time.
One of the best equipment fleets in the area, including many late-model Caterpillar pieces. We continue to upgrade as new integrated technology comes out.
Highly experienced operators, many of whom have over 15-year experience operating various equipment.
In-house maintenance and transportation departments allows us to keep downtime at a minimum and the ability to ensure that each job has the right piece of equipment for the job
Utility Installation
Underground utility installation is where we got our start. Our numerous pipe crews utilize our late-model equipment and time-proven methods to install utilities most efficiently and safely.
Lyons & Hohl started as primarily a utility installation company; many years of knowledge have continued to our current pipe crews, who use time-tested methods to install pipe safely and efficiently.
Top-level relationships with numerous vendors equate to better prices.
All of our pipe crews undergo extensive safety training, including OSHA Competent Person, trench safety, confined space, and first aid/CPR.

Using the current CAD programs available allows us to take the plans from the engineers and generate 3D models that are then sent to our equipment. This means more productive equipment and projects completed on time and within budget.
