We are thrilled to announce our latest project, Ducklings Early Learning Center - Downingtown, a state-of-the-art child daycare facility that will soon become a cherished part of the local community. Lyons & Hohl, in collaboration with The Tamora Group, is proud to be spearheading the site work for this exciting venture.

Lyons & Hohl is honored to collaborate once again with our long-standing partner, Howell Engineering, as the design engineer for Ducklings Early Learning Center - Downingtown. With our shared commitment to excellence and expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects, we are confident that this daycare facility will exceed all expectations.

The site work for Ducklings Early Learning Center - Downingtown encompasses a range of essential tasks. Starting with demolishing an existing house, we will carefully clear the space to make way for this new childcare facility. Our team will then proceed with bulk site excavation, ensuring a solid foundation for the building. Foundation backfill and providing utilities are crucial steps to guarantee the center's smooth and efficient operation. Lastly, we will focus on parking lot paving, ensuring safe and convenient access for parents and staff.
