New Toll Brothers development in King Of Prussia that consists of some very unique challenges. A large area that will require a wick drain installation to help stabilize the soil is our first challenge. The next is a second area that will require the use of High Dynamic Compaction to stabilize soil at that location. Working closely with the project owner and the other contractors on the site will be essential to making this another successful Toll Brothers project.
