Introducing our latest venture, the Whitford Road WAWA project in West Whiteland Township, where Lyons & Hohl Site Contractors is set to turn the wheels for PH&C Land Development out of Wayne, PA. Pioneers in the industry, PH&C Land Development has etched its name with a proven track record in successfully navigating new developments and re-development projects, even during challenging times.

As we embark on the Whitford Road WAWA project, a significant addition to PH&C's portfolio of successful WAWA stores in the region, our collaboration aims to move 35,000 cubic yards of material, lay down 2,000 linear feet of essential pipe infrastructure, pave over 3,000 square yards, and install 1,200 feet of concrete curb.
